Getting Started
If you are new to GoDubai Estate and the GoDubai Portal, follow these steps to begin:
Sign Up – Register as an investor or broker on our platform.
Choose a Subscription Plan – Select a plan that best suits your needs.
Subscription Confirmation – Once you subscribe, you will receive a confirmation email with your access details.
Accessing the Platform – Use the shared Airtable interfaces and forms via the web application or mobile application.
Subscription & Access
After subscribing to one of our plans, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
Our portal is built on Airtable, a cloud-based platform, ensuring seamless data management and access.
As a subscriber, you can log in to the GoDubai Portal through the Airtable web application or the Airtable mobile app.
You will have access to shared interfaces, forms, and data management tools tailored to investors and brokers.
If you subscribe to the Elite Broker or Power Broker plans, Investor Leads Assignment will begin within 48 hours, as we need to set up a dedicated campaign individually for brokers.
Common Issues & Solutions
1. Didn’t Receive Subscription Email?
Check your spam/junk folder.
Ensure you used the correct email address during registration.
Contact our support team for assistance.
2. Unable to Access Airtable?
Make sure you are using the correct login credentials.
Ensure you have an active Airtable account linked to your GoDubai Estate subscription.
Try logging in through the Airtable mobile app if you face issues on the web.
3. Subscription Not Activated?
Double-check your payment confirmation.
Allow up to 24 hours for your subscription to be processed.
Contact support if the issue persists.
4. Technical Issues with Forms & Interfaces?
Refresh your browser or restart the app.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
Update your Airtable mobile app to the latest version.
