GoDubai Estate Group is offering an exciting opportunity for international and local real estate brokers to earn commissions by referring clients to top-tier real estate projects in Dubai. This role allows brokers to work remotely while benefiting from high commission structures and premium real estate listings. No RERA certification is required, making it accessible to brokers worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Refer potential clients to GoDubai Estate Group for real estate transactions.
- Promote Dubai’s top real estate projects, including off-plan properties, luxury villas, and commercial spaces.
- Work independently or leverage GoDubai’s subscription plans for lead generation.
- Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market trends to provide the best guidance to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.

Qualifications

- Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property investment (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and network with potential clients.
- No RERA certification required – open to international brokers.
- A strong desire to earn through high-commission real estate deals.

Commission Structure

Subscribed Brokers (GoDubai Portal Members) – Earn a 40% commission plus receive daily investor leads, subject to project and developer terms. We will also assign a qualified developer based on the broker's nationality to enhance deal closure opportunities.
