GoDubai Portal Support: Accessing Your Subscription Services

Welcome to GoDubai Portal! We’re excited to have you on board. Once you subscribe to one of our Subscription Plans and complete payment, your access to:

• Off-Plan Projects (PROJECTS Interface)

• Verified Investor Leads (LEAD Interface)

...will be activated within 24 hours.

This guide explains the process and provides solutions to common issues users may face.

✅ How the Access Process Works

1. Subscribe & Pay
   Visit our Subscription Plans page, choose your plan, and complete the payment.

2. Activation (within 24 hours)
   Within 24 hours, our team will send you two Airtable interface invitations:

   • PROJECTS Interface – View Dubai’s off-plan projects.

   • LEAD Interface – Access qualified investor leads.

3. Accept Airtable Invitations

   • If you don’t already have an Airtable account, you’ll be prompted to create one using the same email that received the invitation.

   • Accept the shared interface and log in.

4. Access Anywhere

You can access the shared interfaces in two ways:

4. • Desktop: Go to airtable.com and log in with your invited account.

   • Mobile App: Download the Airtable App for iOS or Android to manage leads and projects on the go.

⚠️ Common Issues and Solutions

1. Didn’t Receive Airtable Invitation?

• Check your spam or junk folder — Airtable emails can sometimes land there.

• Still missing? Email us at info@godubai.estate to resend the invitation.

2. Expired Invitation Link

• Airtable invites expire after a period of time. Let us know if yours has expired and we’ll issue a new one.

3. Logged in With the Wrong Email?

• You must log in using the same email that received the invitation.

• If you want to use a different email, contact us and we’ll update your access.

4. Interface Not Showing Any Data

• Confirm that you’ve:

  • Accepted the invitation

  • Logged in using the correct account

  • Opened the right interface link

• Try switching browsers, using incognito mode, or clearing your cache.

5. Need to Upgrade Your Plan?

• Simply select a new package on our Subscription Plans page.

• Your access will be updated within 24 hours of successful payment.

6. Agency Team Access

• Need to share access with other agents in your team?
  Email us a list of their email addresses, and we’ll send individual invitations.
